The Starbucks Reserve Roastery opened on Chicago's Magnificent Mile in November 2019. Ascher Brothers was contracted to work on what has become the largest Starbucks location in the world. The impressive property is four stories tall and contains a variety of uniquely designed spaces including multiple coffee bars, a scooping bar, roaster, bakery and café, and cocktail bar. The Starbucks Chicago Reserve Roastery is even crowned with a fifth floor rooftop terrace providing outdoor seating and views across Michigan Avenue.
